General terms and conditions
The terms and conditions lay down the rules for shopping via the “Kmečka zadruga Krško online shop”” (hereinafter: online shop). The rules help us uphold the quality of our services and ensure customer satisfaction. The terms and conditions also govern the rights of the user, i.e. buyer, and the business relationship between the user and the shop as a provider or seller.
All information published on this website is for general information purposes only and does not constitute legal advice or any other service. We will endeavour to maintain the accuracy and currency of all data and information published on the www.klet-krsko.si website, however, we assume no liability for any operational errors on the website or for delays in updating information.
The general terms and conditions of www.klet-krsko.si comply with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the international e-commerce codes.
The buyer acknowledges that they have read the full text of the general terms and conditions on the website www.klet-krsko.si and they agree with them.
About the provider
Kmečka zadruga Krško z.o.o. is registered in the company register under No 20004400 and is subject to VAT. It is also registered for internet sales.
Essential characteristics of the goods
The essentials are outlined for each specific product in the online shop.
“Any product offered in our online shop that is in stock will be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe (maximum 2 business days, in most cases even sooner).
All shipments are insured so that if your parcel gets damaged, we will replace it or refund your money.
For orders placed by 1 pm, delivery is expected the next working day or within 3 business days at the latest. Orders placed after 1 pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday. The shipping cost is charged according to the price list of Pošta Slovenije. For orders over €60.00, shipping is free.
In case we are not able to reach you at the time of delivery, the carrier will either contact you again or leave you a note that your parcel has arrived.
The shipping fee is €4.00 per order. We offer free shipping for purchases over €60.00.
If the delivery fails because the addressee cannot be reached, a written note shall be left informing them of where and when to collect the parcel.
The liability for any loss or damage to the parcel shall be assumed by the carrier, i.e. Pošta Slovenije. The buyer shall notify the carrier and/or the provider of the damage or loss of the parcel.
The contractual partner for the delivery of parcels is Pošta Slovenije.
The products in the online shop are only available to natural persons.”
All product prices are presented in a clear and straightforward manner, making it easy to tell the product’s price (which is always inclusive of VAT) and the associated shipment cost. The shipment costs apply for deliveries in Slovenia. If you are ordering a product to be delivered abroad, we will inform you of the shipment cost subsequently.
The provider reserves the right to change the prices. The price applicable shall be the price published on the day of placing the order, i.e. on the day of completion and submission of the order.
The specified prices apply if the payment is made via the methods of payment indicated, under the conditions indicated.
The provider accepts the following payment methods:
cash on delivery; if the buyer chooses to pay upon collection, cash is the only acceptable payment method. The buyer must be personally present at the time of collection, regardless of the value of the shipment. For cash on delivery parcels, you shall hand over the exact amount indicated during order confirmation to the postman.
online payment via credit card; a secure payment option for your wine order is payment via credit card. The provider accepts: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
The shipping cost, which is €4.00, is not included in the posted online price of the product. The shipping cost entails packaging, postage and transport. Shipping is free for purchases over €60.00.
Order the product(s) The buyer selects the desired product and clicks on “”Add to cart”. When the product has been added to the cart, the sum total is visible. If the buyer changes their mind regarding a selected product, they can click on the “cart” icon. There will be a “”quantity”” box. To reverse the selection, they enter “0” under quantity and click on “update cart”” or, alternatively, click on the red x on the left side of the product. If the buyer wishes to continue with the purchase (to buy other products), they can click on “”back to shop””. After the buyer selects all desired products, they are asked to enter the required information in the form below the cart. Once the customer has confirmed the order (by clicking “”proceed to checkout””), the order can no longer be changed via the website.
Order is being processed After placing the order, the buyer receives an email notification that their order has been accepted and is being processed. Any changes or cancellation of the order can be requested by the buyer within one hour of the online confirmation of the order at the following e-mail address: email@example.com. The buyer is responsible for the information provided during the order process. The provider shall not be liable for any delivery errors due to incorrect address. After the order has been placed, the buyer receives the contract (invoice) by e-mail. The contract (invoice) is stored electronically on the server. The buyer may request another printout of the contract (invoice) by sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. The contract (invoice) will be resent to the buyer at the address communicated (e-mail address or regular postal address).
Complaints and disputes
Applicable consumer protection legislation is being complied with. We also endeavour to meet customer expectations. However, in the event of complaints or claims, the buyer is asked to forward them in writing to email@example.com. We shall endeavour to resolve all complaints (and disputes) amicably and uphold confidentiality of the complaint handling process. We appreciate your trust and we’re certain that we’ll live up to it.
Right of withdrawal
“The buyer shall have the right to notify the provider (to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org ) of their withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of the delivery of the goods without any explanation. The only cost to be borne by the buyer in connection with withdrawal from the contract shall be the cost associated with returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller within 15 days from the notice about their withdrawal from the contract (the purchase).
The goods received must be returned undamaged and in the same quantity and form, unless they are destroyed or damaged. Refunds will be processed in due course and no later than within 30 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice. The refund shall be made to the buyer’s personal bank account as communicated in the notice of return of the goods.
The return of the goods to the provider within the withdrawal period shall be deemed a notice of withdrawal from the contract.
The goods shall be returned to the provider at the address Kmečka zadruga Krško z.o.o., Rostoharjeva ulica 88,8270 Krško.”
The provider shall employ suitable technological and organizational methods to protect the transmission and safekeeping of personal information and financial transactions.
Shopping and executing payments via the Kmečka zadruga Krško z.o.o. online shop is safe. Payments can be made via a payment card (Maestro, MasterCard, and Visa). Secure authorisations and payment card transactions are safeguarded by Ingenico which transmits the information to the bank. The provider, i.e. Klet Krško, does not store personal and payment data on a server. The provider (Klet Krško) has an agreement with the online payment provider to offer online payment services. All transactions made via the online shop are protected by the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which is managed by the service provider. The buyer guarantees the accuracy and truthfulness of all information provided and shall be liable for any damage caused by inaccurate or false information.
Security of personal data
The provider undertakes to ensure permanent personal data protection. Personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of managing invoices, offers and other relevant documentation.
We ensure that the information posted on our websites is up-to-date and accurate to the best of our abilities. However, product characteristics, delivery times or prices may change so quickly that we are unable to bring the details on our website up to date in due time. In such a case, we will inform the buyer of the changes, providing them with the opportunity to cancel the order or replace the product ordered. While we strive to post accurate images of the items on offer, all photographs should be regarded by the buyer/user as symbolic. The published photos do not guarantee the characteristics of the product. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and in any way, for any reason and without prior notice.
